Electronic Commerce(EC) is the process of buying and selling of the product or services over electronic systems such as the Internet and other computer networks.Certain EC applications , such as buying and selling stocks and airline tickets on the internet,are growing very rapidly, exceeding the non-internet trade.

EDI used to electronically to transfer routine documents, that expanded electronic transfer from from financial transactions from to other types of transactions processing. EDI enlarge the pool of participating from manufacturers, retailers, services and etc where this systems is called Interorganizational system(IOS).

IOS is a systems which allows the flows of the information to be automated between organisations in order to reach a desired supply-chain management systems, which enables the development of competitive organisations.
